HOME Clinics

In collaboration with the Housing Opportunities Collaborative, attorney and law student members of FALSD give legal guidance to distressed homeowners about their options when they face difficulties making mortgage payments, to renters about their rights and responsibilities, to potential homeowners about local homebuyer programs, and to everyone about community resources to prevent homelessness.  Myrna Pascual, past president of FALSD and PALSD, is the founder of Housing Opportunities Collaborative which hosts the HOME clinics.  Its affiliates also assist homeowners in Orange County and the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties).
